Facebook| #WannatryVR


In 2016, Facebook had just bought Oculus, Virtual Reality was future tech and Facebook needed a way to get the American public try VR.


#WannatryVR was a 3 month experiential marketing campaign delivering pop-up VR activations in malls, airports and event spaces such as ski resorts and state fairs across the country.

Our team was responsible for all aspects of the attendee experience from the various manifestations of the VR demo space, to programming the attendee journey, devising sharable moments to create media buzz, the branding of the experience and the physical design of the actual VR installations themselves.
